On behalf of Younecate org, Jonathan B. MAGALA, President of the Board of Directors, participated in a prestigious event organized by BIFA Institute. The event included a conference themed "Human Capital in Africa: Keystone of Organizational Performance and Economic Competitiveness" and a ceremony awarding certificates to graduates who completed their professional trainings in various domains . Distinguished figures from Côte d'Ivoire and beyond, including researchers, decision-makers, NGO leaders, and businessmen, convened to share their business strategies and leadership experiences. We discussed innovative mechanisms to enhance corporate performance and efficiency.
